6. Phase 5 - Peer Review

After completely finishing the assessment, the results should be reviewed by the peer reviewer.

Attention points:

• Report must be complete and irrelevant parts in the template shall be deleted;

• All relevant annexes must be included or provided with the report;

• Lead engineer (HC) shall be notified as well in case the report is submitted for review

Steps after review:

• Incorporate peer review comments

• Incorporate geotechnical part

• Submit for final (HC) review

• Incorporate comments

• Notify HC once report is ready

• HC performs final check on completeness of documents and notifies Project leader
